A Fresh Start for a Worn-Out Home in Berwyn, PA
This Berwyn home had seen better days… at least from the outside. The siding was tired, the gutters weren’t pulling their weight, and after Wolf Home Pros installed new windows, it was clear the rest of the exterior needed to catch up.
They brought us in, like they always do when one of their customers needs exterior work done right. And honestly, it was a great call.
We worked closely with the homeowner to get the look just right, matching the existing color on the upper floor as best we could. CertainTeed Cedar Impressions in Pacific Blue turned out to be the perfect fit, not only visually but structurally too, once we replaced much of the wall sheathing underneath.
Funny thing is, after we finished the lower level, the homeowners liked it so much they asked us to re-do the upper level, even though it had just been done by a previous contractor. That’s the kind of trust we don’t take lightly.
The end result? A beautiful, cohesive finish that completely refreshed this entire property. A few weeks later, we were back installing new vents for a bathroom remodel and removing an old chimney pipe. Once folks see the quality up close, they usually find a few more things worth fixing.
