This is a beautiful property on the Perkiomen Creek that is getting a complete renovation inside and out. The homeowners wanted a little bling on their new roof in Schwenksville PA so they decided to go with custom copper valleys.
An Out Building / Garage was also done as part of this project with the same copper valleys.
Bad wood was found in the valley area along some of the eaves. Rotted decking is fairly common on an older roof especially in the valley areas or around any roof penetrations.
The Shingles installed were Tamko Heritage in “Rustic Black” which really made the new custom standing seam copper valleys pop!
