This home needed a siding & Gutters face lift big time!
Our Client had the upper section done by another company so the lower section was taken on by XL Home Improvements.
The Project
Removal of all aluminum siding & gutters, Tyvek House Wrap installed throughout.
New windows were installed first by Wolf Home Pros whom we partner with.

Our client wanted to try and get close to the original upper level color and Certainteed Cedar Impressions in Pacific Blue was chosen.
Most of the house had to have new wall sheathing installed to support the Cedar Impression install.
We started working our way around the house installing white aluminum custom skirting in certain places to flash properly and stop water intrusion.
As we moved along the Clients realized they wanted to remove all the upper sections of siding and re-do the entire house with new siding & gutters instead of just the lower section.
We removed all the upper sections of siding, replaced any sheathing as necessary and installed the matching Cedar Impressions.
All Rake and facia boards were capped with custom white aluminum coil stock.
new five inch white aluminum seamless gutters were installed with Two Inch By Three inch white aluminum downspouts.
Project came out great and the Clients were really happy with the way the siding & Gutters came out.
We have gone back and done some more work for them on certain areas of the roof where new vents were installed for a bathroom remodel and a wood stove chimney pipe removed.
